Lance’s commitment to architectural design combines with his passion for photography to create a foundation upon which unique images are captured. His knowledge of and respect for the importance of lighting to architectural design is the basis for the photographic style of Harris & Foster. Even the most dynamic architectural lighting design that creates a 3 dimensional space that is a functional and alive experience cannot be reproduced in a 2 dimensional photographic image which accurately represents the architect’s design talent and intent. Lance’s design talent and attention to detail combined with Larry’s photographic expertise and our arsenal of portable studio and strobe lighting produces truly unique images that will flatter any uniqueness of design.

Larry J Foster, CPP
Larry has been a full-time professional photographer since 1987. He is certified by the Professional Photographers of America, and holds memberships in the Professional Photographers of America, the Southwest Professional Photographers Association, Professional Photographers of Oklahoma and the Metro Professional Photographers Association. He has won numerous awards for his photography at the local, state, regional and national levels.

How we ended up together.
"I first met Lance through a mutal friend when he was working for an archtitect near my studio", Foster recalls. Time would pass, Lance would change firms and Larry would move his studio. "We kept in touch periodcally, usually when Lance had questions about taking pictures"
"Larry called in all those favors when he built his new studio", Lance says jokingly. Lance's job description when he was with Miller increasingly included taking photographs marketing purposes. On one such project, he invited Larry along. That was the birth of Harris and Foster.
Lance has since left Miller to concentrate on photographic and philanthranpic activities.

"Larry is amazing at light control", comments Lance. "The way he lights a scene just makes it 'pop' in the photograph."
"Having an architect with me on the project changes my perception of the space", replies Larry. "Lance's attention to details is amazing. He sees things that the architect would have intentionally placed in a space and that knowledge helps me to capture the original intent of the design."
